Dinner with Steve and Lynne.last night. Very nice to catch up and talk about old times. Poor Rachael, not much of it will have made sense, particularly as she was suffering from sleep deprivation. We managed to stay awake until 11pm (7am U.K.).
Awake a bit early this morning but already on local time.
I love American news. Due to the number of shooting nearby, a Little League ballpark is going to be moved. I should have thought stopping the shootings would be a better approach.....
Homeless women were being treated to a trip to the hairdresser and the beautician. Again I think they might be happier to be given somewhere to live.
And finally, authorities are trying to decide whether to treat a12 year old boy as an adult for stabbing to death his 9 year old sister.
Off to Eagle Rider this morning to pick up the bike, then it's the Golden Gate bridge and we're off. Sierra Navada's here we come!
